SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program description. Flint Badger LLC sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages cover replies to your inquiries, project updates, design review and scheduling notices, and customer support. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. How to opt in. You can opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on our contact form at flintbadger.site/contact, or by texting us first at (606) 262-1308 and agreeing to receive replies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project activity.

4. Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

5. How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also reply START to opt back in.

6. Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (606) 262-1308, or email contact@flintbadger.site.

7. Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility. You must be the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to opt in.
